I hope not. It's already one stone fatter than it was at the beginning of the year. Maybe during this lockdown I'll get my ass into shape but I doubt it.  |

I lost muscle, gained fat but stayed the same overall weight. I'll dupe myself that's ok for now because I've been on doctor's orders not to exercise. Just ready to start again, but BoJo has other ideas 
Lockdown II Objectives:
1) Arse remains unchanged;
2) Shoulders improve again as I can go out and push on the road;
3) Attempt to maintain belly size at approximately the size of Jupiter OR slight reduction if poss.  |
