Perfect beef joint
How do you cook yours
I’m crap at doing beef
Some say heat oil in oven then drop in the beef 20 mins per pound plus 20 mins
Some wrap it in foil and some cook in a bag
Come on girls what’s the best way to make my dinner perfect today

"Pre heat oven to 240 °
Rub garlic salt into it then put in a tray with oil and vegetables. Cook for an hour and 30 mins on 200°. Will come out perfect with pink in middle ."
Wouldn’t it depend on the size of the joint |

Normally k put it on foil wrapped around the ends to stop them drying but if there is a little fat on the top I leave that exposed to crisp up |

Most joints are a similar size , unless it’s a small one. |

"Silverside is quite a tough cut. I've never successfully cooked one that's come out well. I'm sure i read somewhere it should be cooked low and slow. "
I have never cooked a bad joint of silverside because I use this method and its perfect every time.
