Regular FWB or one off meets ?

I've been lucky enough to have found a regular FWB and think its so much more enjoyable than a one off.
One offs are good and exciting but at the moment I'm favoring the regular as you can get to know what each other like more.

I actually prefer one night stands, but a FWB or two along with hubby is good for comfortable, familiar, better sex with a connection in addition to the one off fun meets xx |

Always done FWBs (though these I call BWF on fab)
One FWB I saw for 14 years, another one 8.5 years and were actual proper FWB but I've had fab BWFs for years! |

I think a regular FWB defeats the point in some aspects.
Because the whole point of somethings are that you want to explore and discover. Yes, you can do different things but doing them with the same person is a bit half arsed in my opinion.
I feel like im more all or nothing here but, FWB is good for things you already know are good and well. For new excitement you need new faces. |

I can see what you are saying but obviously everyone is different. For me, I wouldn't feel comfortable trying something new with a stranger, it would need to be with someone I knew and trusted. I've explored lots of different things in my time here but it's always been with a trusted friend. Having that trust and safety factor is a big thing for some. |

This I kind of understand. Long term FWB gets boring and you both turn more into friends than lovers. It’s basically a ‘relationship’ without commitment. The problem is one can be taken for granted in this set up! |

We prefer to play with our friends...not really into shagging randoms. Tho on occasion we might meet someone at a club, click and decide to play that night, stranger things have happened

We would always prefer regulars. Chemistry is important and that can take time to build up to a point where we're all ready to have sex. From that point you can learn over time what each other likes.
Besides, finding new people all the time sounds exhausting! |

Yes I suppose that’s true. It could happen. I guess I’ve always been a pretty good judge so far and they have become regular. But yes if it didn’t work it would be a one off  . I don’t look for one offs though. |

Prefer a FWB as you learn what makes each of you tick so much better and not only do you get a good friend from it but epic sex as well if you click.
I do like the newness and excitement of a one off sometimes too |
