A broken mirror is 7 years bad luck... I've got about another 174 years left to go & it's not proved me wrong thus far

Don't break mirrors, never put new shoes on the table, always touch wood and don't walk under ladders but that one is more about what could fall on me than superstision.

That's not crap or superstition it's sensible in my opinion. I've done it since I was old enough to choose my own clothes.

My dad always says "it's all smoke and mirrors", the image you project influences how people react to you which has a knock on effect to how you feel about yourself .

It’s very true, the way you dress, walk and talk can make a huge difference , I always slip on a suit just before landing in Lagos airport to avoid being detained or robbed !
