If I'm busy travelling and working I can often go nearly a week. I try and refrain if I can lately because as you get older you need the testosterone! Especially for working out. |

I think this might differ from person to person but for me, and i have no real explanation for this, because i have associated wanking eith going to sleep, when i dont wank, i find it hard to go to sleep looool

I would say I could possibly go a week without wanking but once the idea is in my head to play I won't settle or focus or concentrate on anything until I sort myself out, and I would probably need to do it a few times throughout the day until I feel satisfied and then I can wait days again.

The jury is out I'm afraid - some recent studies have shown that testosterone rises after ejaculating and others have shown no difference - the best thinking atbthe moment appears to show that taking matters in hand will not impact the levels at all, so fapp away! |
