I use solarmovies they are great and for tv I use tv duck can stream all the american stuff ahead of schedule links with putlocker are usually the best.

we have sky anytime plus, but its very limited.

so also use vuze and stream from computer

Stageview is very good. Selection is a little limited but what's there tends to be very high quiality.......
