Depends on what it is tbh. If it's something I learnt as a child it's normally in Welsh if I learnt it later in life English

What I was trying to say was that I think mostly in English now as that's what I use on a daily basis, rather than thinking my native language which I only use when speaking to my family. And yes I think in my accent.

I've seesawed back and forth over the years from thinking in either English or Portuguese though it's firmly set to English now by default...though with a Yank accent

No not anymore. It's English only. Funnily enough if I stub my toe or hit myself on the corner of the table I swear in Slovak

I have a fairly strong Irish accent when I hear myself on video the but the voice in my head sounds nothing like that.

I bet the drink was slivovitz I’ll teach him a few phrases from my very limited Slovak vocabulary infact I’ll get my 4 year old to teach me and I’ll pass it on
