Sorry as this will be mainly aimed other guys but im sure there is a few pogonophiles amongst you ladies (and generally just a few perverts)
Lads, im two months into my beard growth, ive been oiling, trimming and tidying up, but im at that stage where i need to style a little!
So basically any styling tips? Ive got balm and a headed brush. I think i do need more growth, but i dont want it looking shitty as i wait.
Girls, if you have any pubic hair growth stories, feel free to share, im nothing if not inclusive
Peace and love xxx |

Get a beard comb the wooden ones are great...zero static....just trim as u feel like tbh....leave the parts you wanna grow more than other places...experiment with your trimmer...keep on oiling and applykng balm...a good beard wash soap helps keep the hair soft and itch free...enjoy |

I grew a beard during the first three months of lockdown. Trimmed when necessary. Never bothered with beard oil or beard brushes. Just washed it in the shower. It was a magnificent growth. Some pics in my gallery. |

Get yourself a decent beard shampoo and conditioner, it ain’t cheap but Murdock stuff is great, including their beard moisturiser.
Used to use beard oil a lot but found beard balm to be a lot better and less ‘messy’.... though still use Tom Ford oil as it does smell great |

"As long as you've got the heated brush you're good. Keep it straight and you can't go to wrong. "
I echo this, invest in a heated beard comb/straightener and it makes a huge difference!! I've recently got one and it's amazing.
Keep oiling, using a wooden comb and your beard will look amazing buddy!

Keep going through the shitty stage and it settles down a bit! When you do start shaping it, take off less than you think. My usual trick is getting it just where I want it, having one more quick go at it, and wishing I'd stopped earlier. Breaks my heart...
Also, balm over oil

I tried growing mine out a couple of times but it didn’t suit my face. So I keep it relatively short now.
Definitely recommend balms over oils, though. The advice to use a good brush seems to be consistent, too. |

Nothing but admiration for you guys after a week I can’t take it and it gets trimmed back to number 1.
Your patience and perseverance makes the facial style all the more appealing |
