People who speak up and take action to uphold and protect what is right and condemn and act to prvent what is wrong. (ie pro-active - do not wait until it is too late to prevent something and then moan about it)
Ghandi is one famous example but there are lots of humble peeps trying to do this everyday on a smaller scale (health service cuts/ education cuts etc ) and a bliddy hard job it is too with all the arse lickers, fence sitters and rats and mice that populate this world.
