I always used to because my driving instructor taught me to look out the rear window when reversing and its just a comfy way of holding yourself in that twisted position - maybe something to do with wide shoulders? Since regularly driving a van I have mostly stopped as I'm far more likely to use my mirrors.

Being naked but wearing trainers turns me on. I think because it gives the impression that I'm ready to go out now I've got.my shoes on. I'd love to go to the shops naked (without getting arrested).
