Not just Swinging Sex but Vanilla Sex.

We go through phases where we just don’t have it and are perfectly happy about it.

No you're not abnormal at all. We've been together since we were at school. There are periods when we're perfectly content not having sex. Age is obviously a factor too I suspect.

We've found that we come back after a while and having a swinging "adventure" makes it all the better. It ebbs and flows as life does too.

Over the last 3/4 years my libido has gone through the floor thanks to hormone treatment & a hysterectomy. I have periods when I crave it & then times I’m really not interested. But T usually manages to change my mind
