I dont think its against the law however your actions could cause others to be distracted.
Personally when im driving i look at the roads so only in stationary traffic you might catch someones eye. Just hope it wouldnt be young children in the back of a car.
Then i guess it could be indecent exposure or whatever the term is.
Your quick thrill might lead to harm for others.. |

Nudity in its self isn't illegal, but if I was the police I would pull you over... just to get a closer look

If you drive topless and are involved in an accident the seatbelt will rip your skin.
Go look at pictures online of the injuries people get from seatbelts.
Even though you do get burns across the stomach, chest and shoulder area if you are naked the injuries are far worse and can be permanent.
And accidents do happen when you least expect it. |

Thats a good point there are some horrendous injuries caused if you goggle far worse than rope burns. |

Not illegal on its own, nudity is not illegal. But maybe a problem if you cause alarm or distress. Likewise if your intent is as seen for sexual gratification or your seen doing anything that could be perceived as sexual with you bare chest I think your in the grounds of indecent exposure. Nothing wrong with the bare body but you need to be considerate to others in the community around you. |

I think it’s a stupid thing to do to be honest. I’d be pissed off if my child saw some bird driving round with her tits out. Like why would you purposely try and distract people that are supposed to be in control of a vehicle just for your own cheap thrills. Seems a bit pathetic to me. |

You wouldn't be breaking any laws. Women have as much right to go topless as men.
Indecent exposure applies only to male or female genitalia and specifically when there is intent to cause offense.
Lewd conduct only applies if there is sexual behaviour involved, so as long as you or any passengers are not getting off on it there is no crime.

I would take down your particulars and invite you to partake in a driver safety seminar, At a date and time suitable for us both. I have done this but then I’m a man no it’s kind of allowed.
But when I was 16 my cousin and I cycled from Southend to Chelmsford to see our nan on knackered old bikes and on the way black we passed a topless woman passenger in a car at traffic lights and fuck me did we pelt it to try and keep up with the car.
