This evening I managed to bruise various knuckles on both hands by playing Beat Saber in the kitchen and accidentally punching the worktop with both hands. Ouch.

I've got a dicky shoulder at the moment due to trying to sort out my anxiety in the weights room.
I'm sorting it, I know what's happening and how to DIY it, but it's an irritating self perpetuating cycle. And I'm forever eyeing things up to press my shoulder and back into to sort it out  |

Mine is so middle class...
I was choping some fresh basil leaves for pizza sauce and I didn't pull my index finger out of the way as I chopped down with knife. Cut through to the bone just under my nail.  |

I haven't done the avacado one *yet* but I did nearly slit my wrist opening oysters. I was a poor student working as a fishmonger at that time though. |

Doing some arts and crafts in lockdown, had a crochet hook a glass pot, stood up and knocked the pot off the table.... Ended up with a crochet hook embedded into my ankle and had to take an embarrassing trip to A&E for an x ray before it could get removed |

I let go of a barrel I was moving at work a little too soon and crushed my finger between two on Monday, just starting to move it now  just another daft injury to add to my collection |
