Its been one of those days today... im usually a very positive person.. feel the need for a large one and to bury my head in some deep sand for a day or two.

Thats amazing, there is no better feeling that sitting down and thinking, that was a good day.
Fingers crossed tommorow will be a better one for me!

Hoping tommorow will be a blinder. Friday, with a weekend off work... going to bury my head in the garage for a day and sort my old landrover out. Bit of me time. |

Hubby had a bad day.. Laid under a car trying to lift petrol tank back in while attempting to fasten bolts... Half a gallon of esso's finest all over him.. |

we all get them.
if its a work related issue have something setup at home which can get you out of the mood.
could be a video game or movie, maybe working out?.
get into a mindset that its something to look forward to when you get home.
the mind will remind you of it before you leave work |
