So this is kind of a big problem for me. I can be the horniest squirrel in the Milky Way, but post-nut, more often than nut, I get overwhelmed by this out-of-the-blue guilt trip. Not even talking about losing the libido, but actively feeling *bad* about myself. Do other men experience this? Do *women* perhaps experience it too? |

"How eloquent...thats nuts
Well it's a nutty topic!
Also use of the phrase nut/nutted/nutting to describe the act of spunk leaving your bollocks is bloody awful"
Isn't that just the term people normally use? Or is it one of those things like 'moist' that people cringe at? I don't personally mind 'moist' myself so.... |

Post Coital Dysphoria.
It's actually quite common. People experience it in different ways.
Some actively avoid orgasm so they don't go into the period of depression that follows. It can happen alone or with a partner.
Counselling may help.
I know a fair bit about this as an ex partner suffered really badly from it.

It's fairly standard in the USA, though I rarely hear it here.
As for your issue op, you say it's a big problem, so I'd encourage you to think about counselling, as that may give you greater insight and ease.
It has been reasonably commonplace and, when you think about it, we've had eras and sections of society that have been critical of most things sexual.
It was common too for adolescents to be made to feel they were wrong as they matured into adults, to even contemplate touching themselves or to masturbate. Many religions campaigned heavily against the sins of wanking and sex outside of marriage. |

I meant to add too that by cumming, you've had a substantial physiological change, so this may also help to engender how you are feeling |
