"No no no !
Yarmouth is the worst !!!
Come on !!!
is that because you live close to it"
Thank god I live miles away from that dump!!!
WhenS the last time you were in Yarmouth ???
It’s awful !
Holy heck I’d rather be in the Sahara desert for a week than go there!!!
So many nicer places in Norfolk! And I’m not even British ! But I still know that Yarmouth is a dump!

Filey on the Yorkshire Coast. My second home & a special place in my heart. Olde worlde seaside fun without the heaving crowds. Cannot wait to get back if & when covid allows me to leave the Island here. |

I can’t choose one but love the Yorkshire coast and Cornwall. Found both Staithes and sandsend absolutely stunning on the Yorkshire coast a couple of weeks ago |

skegness for me. The town is a dump but the front is nice. But its where we went as kids so holds the memories. Go for a couple of days around my birthday each year. But my proper favourite place is all the area around torquay area |

All over the place! Northwesr, , Southwest |
Brighton was lovely...though I was shocked at the amount of homelessness and vagrancy there.
Tenby in Wales was beautiful, particularly the medieval part. Campbeltown in the Kintyre peninsula was peaceful with stunning scenery.
So many lovely places to see |

"It always amuses me when people love Great Yarmouth!
I love Brighton
It holds many childhood memories for me. Staying in a caravan, going on the waterways, going to the theatre... "
It does have its charm thats for sure! A lot of people used to love Joyland and particularly the snails ride?! Such nostalgia |

Southwold is special, and all of the north Norfolk coast. Not forgetting Frinton of course.
I guess we all have favourites from our childhood days, and in my case from places I took my kids to when they were young. Day trips or weekends in the caravan. Really miss those days. |

"St David's, great coastal walks from there. Smallest city in UK. Also, gower peninsular.
These would have been my two choices also " stunning coastline at both, mewslade to worms head is jaw dropping!!! And lots of places to skinny dip along the way |

Beautiful Filey! I just love the whole place - amazing beach to walk miles upon. One of many jewels along the Yorkshire coast line |

It's alright if you want to go to a Casino, a Model Village or catch Covid19. Other than that I would give it a miss. |

Ah I get my 2p machine fix in Cromer these days. Tbh I don't remember Wroxham ever being anything other than Roy's town. They do have a decent fragrance section though and their surgical face masks are decent value |

I've visited many incredible seaside towns in Cornwall but am at a loss to know which is the best, partly due to the passage of time between them and today. I have many fond childhood memories of Looe, due to local family stays but I've been to Polperro and many others that were stunningly wonderful as an adult. Doesn't help a lot and I am biased. |

Plus Wroxham isn't a seaside town, its on the Broads but its inland.
They should rename it though
Royxham. |

I’m not a big fan of Cromer !
But then I’m on the other side now so it takes ages to drive that way !
Don’t think I’ve been to wroxham this year actually ?!?!

Swansea actually I never thought of Swansea as a seaside town before I moved here, but I have since found a beautiful long beach, its a hidden gem which I haven't heard anyone talk about before.
I've stayed in a lot of coastal towns with work and one which stands out is Brighton and Hove because I couldn't see a bit of sand anywhere. I'm looking forward to checking a few out up north next time. |

There and to the left a bit |
Not a huge fan of the tacky kiss me quick seaside towns although they have their time and place.
Have grown a fondness for Margate though - the Turner Contemporary there is wonderful, the beach vast and sandy and there's a small gentrified quarter that's great for browsing - yes it has the tacky side but it's hidden away a little.
Other notable mentions for Whitby, Southwold, Looe and Whitstable |

Too many to mention, but I love those that you feel you are stepping back in time; or find myself an isolated spot anywhere along the coast from John O Groats to Lands End, north Wales, Cumbria, Northumberland, east Scottish coast, Yorkshire, Norfolk and Dorset (I’d spend hours on Chesil Beach looking for that unusual stone to take home).... lots of fond memories of the coastline as a child and need to start exploring them again
For those that said north Norfolk... sssh don’t tell too many people |

"As I live on the Jurassic coast and can here the sea running up and down the pebbles of the chesil beach through my open window at night, I would have to say right where I am. "
I loved Bridport when we visited but were only there for the day
