Thanks to everyone who posted on my previous (now deleted) thread. I didn't get the job and I won't be moving.
But they've told me I came 2nd and another job will be opening up in a year to 18 months and they REALLY want me to reapply. And hopefully, by then, a thread called 'Looking for Liverpudlians' won't get shut down even if it's soliciting advice about areas to live in not meets
