Avoid COViD, watch lots of porn whilst there’s no meets, and generally try and not look in the mirror at the extra COViD weight I’ve gained haha"

Sort of similar. Except think I'm at the stage where gym would break me in two. And getting so that hardly even interested in the wank any more... |

Work and keep a careful check on myself as I am now. Im ok most of the time but I do start to "disappear"into my issues and thats dangerous for me. My gf has had to "recover" me from my deep night troubles more frequently lately.  |
