I wish I could!!! After last surrobab I got left with two hernias ! 
Can’t do anything !
I console myself with cake now! Which probably isn’t actually helping !

It’s been two years and still waiting for surgery now been told it’s a 18 month wait
Oh well I’m so used to them now just worried if I do another journey if it causes more !
