Love the feel of tights but can’t wear them don’t feel or look good on hairy legs and shaving is not an option that far down lol
So I have to find those to wear them for me    |

Shorts are either bibs if there bibbed shorts or just shorts....
The ones that fit below the knee are known as knickers lol
And the full leg coverings are called leggings....but yes you can also get leg warmers that replace the leggibgs while you can wear your fav bibbed shorts too

Many moons ago it would not be 'odd' for soldiers to wear tights under their combat trousers when in the field in winter.
They were included in our 'crash out' packing list in case the Russians came across the border.
