This post is just about my uncertainty with life and me looking for some advise as I have no we’re else to turn but I’m jus in abit of a predicament on wether to join the services or stay self employed and carry on learning a trade any advice please let me know  |

If you do join up, get a trade. Look at REME or even RCT for instance, I just joined the Infantry.
In my day the riskiest posting was Northern Ireland but now with Iraq and whatever trouble Trump can cause, if he gets another 4 years. I wouldn’t be too keen on joining up and fighting a conflict the US started.
If you do decide to join, get plenty of physical training in beforehand or even join the TA as it’ll give you a taste of what’s to come.
