A cougar must be at least 35 years old, but there is no upper age limit. Any cougar between the ages of 35 and 50 must be at least 10 years older than her young man to be considered a true cougar.

The annoying thing is these words get thrown around at anyone who’s older than the person using them, but they’re not just about age. I hate being called a milf because I’m not one, I’ve never had children. And to be a cougar you have to actively want and seek out younger men, and I really don’t do that. So it’s about more than just the age really. Besides, I’m still 16 at heart! |
