I spoke to someone after half an hour and she listened to what I wanted and transferred me.
An hour later I spoke to a guy who said I needed the department I’ve been trying to call for days but it just cuts off. He confirmed the number and transferred me to their queue.
It’s now over two hours.
I’ve had to change handsets once. |

I’ll look at that.
Finally got though; they’ve taken my details as they’re so busy they’ve just got people arranging call backs. Grrrrrrr |
