Is your favourite subject you, even when people couldn’t give less of a shit, are you the type of person who will carry on talking about yourself regardless ? |

No, I'm genuinly interested in people and what they have to say, if they start droning on too about themselves then I switch off.
I don't really have much to say about myself, unless I'm asked.

Why? Isn't that what every other thread does?
But back to the original point. I try not to be too self obsessed, although recently you wouldn't have thought so from some of my outpourings.

But based on that description I wouldn’t say I was self absorbed so now I’m confused?
All my friends, my sister, people I work with all ask me for advice. Even people I’ve just met talk to me for a few minutes about general stuff then they just start saying really personal stuff and say stuff like god I dunno why I’m telling you this but feel like I can talk to you. I get that so much from people I hardly know.
Its confusing, can you be self absorbed but a massive empath as well? |
