Hi all I was just thinking about this as I was tucking into a packet of Jaffa cakes on a wet Monday afternoon.

Are jaffas cakes or biscuits????????

they are cakes, because they go hard when left out where as a biccies go soft.

there was some court whohar about it years ago, as cakes are taxed but biccies arnt. the makers had to prove they were cakes

I consider them a biscuit as you find them in that aisle in the supermarket. I don't like them though.

The other half, who does like them, says they are cakes.

So our verdict is.....undecided, hehe.
