me but only 1 more to go after tonight I do them permanently and they do get me down sometimes as it affects social life but all in all I do enjoy them

I did them for a few years. But in the end I got so run down I could barely relate to life and people.

Been working permanent nightshifts for 26 years. I love it.

I did nights for about 12 years before starting this job. I was never so glad to get off them as they ruined my social life. Though I would have been driving through the night and with the roads are empty that was always a plus

Been working full time nightshift for 23yrs. Once read in a nursing magazine that this could shorten my life by up to 15years. Hopefully not.
