Yes we do but what’s your favourite?

And I don’t mean that watery incipient crap you get in the supermarket, I am talking home made, thick and cheesy

I have a nice home made cheese and onion quiche in the fridge right now

I do like to add some red pepper to it sometimes. Gives a really nice roasted sweetness

I did this, when I took off the blind fold, I realised that I'd put it in the washing machine - won't be doing that again

Yes, I do blind bake when doing pies etc, this incident was me not paying attention as had guests and was entertaining.

No need with the recipe I use, it’s old school really short pastry with lard marg and water, prick won’t a fork and a touch of cornflour on it before adding the filing

Never had a soggy bottom yet ( other then when I sat on a wet picnic bench one day)

A cheap tesco quiche lorraine is better than a fancy tesco quiche lorraine.

I went through a period in my life where a whole quiche was dinner, and if I was feeling fancy I would cook it first

My mum used to make a very nice cheese and egg pie. She'd never have anything to do with foreign rubbish like quiche though
