Got 50 litres started off, going to press some more apples in a couple of weeks and get another 100 litres going.

Great Missenden

We are

Our 1st attempt.

We have a 25 lire tub with our own apples, then a 10 litre with a neighbours apples and our pears and, as an experiment, a 5 litre tub using carton'ed apple juice.

We're not convinced the 5 litre is going to amount to much but the others have been bubbling away happily.

I’ve had a poor harvest this year, so not enough apples to bother with. My two trees are still quite young though, so hopefully a better yield next year. Good luck to those who have got some brews on the go

Finshed up last weekend, a total of about 300 litres of cider bubbling away. Blend of 4 or 5 different cider apples. Should come out at 6.5 - 7 %.

Penicuik

Been brewing for last 2 years, wine, cider, beer.

I tend to do majority in summer to see me over the colder periods when maintaining a good temp on it is easier.
