I think years ago it was a bit taboo...15/ 20 years plus.
It only seemed to be the local tough guys they had things like LOVE and HATE on fingers, swallows or spiderwebs.
I also thing the standard of actual tattooing has vastly improved. |

I have a couple of tattoos I consider them part of my journey through life and are in places that are not easy visable
Not keen on hand / face tattoos my self but on others it's part of their journey so I'm OK with them |

didn't mean anything wrong with them but was a popular hand or neck tatoo years ago. |

I think they’re a bit of a fad and fashion thing now tattoos, however the face, neck or hand is actually more of a statement as they’re more difficult to hide.
So it’s a yes from me (just not for myself ) |

If/when I summon up the courage it'll definitely be in places not generally on display. For myself. |

If I ever get one (which I doubt) I’ll show you mine if you show me yours |

Love tattoos but they are not a must, I wouldn't have a face tattoo personally but that is my choice have seen some on others which are nice. My son has an amazing joker face on his hand.
All my artwork is personal to me which I guess is the same for most who have them.

Hand and face tattoos on some people look totally awesome and yet on others not so great. It's much the same with any inking or piercing or body artistry.
I am an inked lady and I am scheduled for my next tattoo in 3 weeks time. I am not interested in getting my face inked as I like to wear makeup and feel satisfied with that as my facial decoration, I am however sometimes tempted to re-pierce my nose.
As for my hands, yes I am tempted to get some ink on them. I am already tattooed to my wrists and so a beautiful delicate design may well be added in time.
I would hope that my ink doesn't deter people from wanting to meet me but if it does then that's totally fine by me as we are obviously incompatible.

I like tattoos to be coverable, would never venture onto my neck face or hands! Personnaly thibk face and neck tattoos are difficult to get tastefully right and end up looking tacky!
And it’s abit late for me to be concerned about other people’s views on my ink

Mr S has a few tattoos. Currently in the process of getting a sleeve and has playing cards on his hands. Defiantly a turn on for me so much so I’m after my first now! Just need the courage
Each to their own though xx |

I have none but dont mind them ... my first encounter with an out of the ordinary tattoo was back when I was 21. When she undressed her entire right thigh was a black horses head. Loved it.
It wasnt a rite of passage that i was compelled to take part in even though 99% of my mates growing up did. The 'go to' artist was a piss head in the underground market in Manchester... bottle of whiskey on the go at 10am! Maybe that put me off |

I like them, but not on me. Generally I'd say that if I find someone attractive, a tattoo adds to the appeal, though a tattoo by itself isn't something that would attract me to someone. That said, I definitely admire the artwork and the skill to create it. |
