Does anyone take it. Ive been taking it for about ten days now and as yet cant tell any difference

I (Ric) used to suffer from IBS brought about by painkillers destroying my natural gut antibodies.

We've been taking it for a few years now,Danone,Yakult etc and have never had any more problems since.

I like the taste of Yakult so much I once drank all 6 in a pack in one go, and I suffered the next morning!
