are there any COPD/Asthmatics on here who are struggling recently?
Is it due to the change in the weather, or something else triggering your symptoms off?
Been bad myself for about a week, mainly in the evenings, but almost anything can trigger an episode 
How are you guys n girls coping with it? |

Was asthmatic before. Not now.
Continuous non strenuous exercise and Clean nasal stream by nasal irrigation has got me to the place I am. I feel like completely cured of it.
Medicines can treat symptoms but not cure completely |

My Mum suffered COPD and hers was definitely worse at this time of year and always had to use her steriods
I feel for you, it is such a debilitating and frustrating condition  |

It's kinda getting me down, lack of energy and constantly tired, taking loads of steroids again amd other tablets, but doesn't seem to be getting any better |

Frightening not being able to breathe. Even so smoking can be hard to quit...glad you managed it |

I had 2 choices, give up or don't see the love of my life grow up, every day I wake up to a loving kiss and cuddle from her... it keeps me going  |

If you are going out and into shops it may well be the increase in chemicals use for cleaning the places you visit. |

More the steroids u start taking less the power of it becomes as you would need more stronger power. My doctors advice to me |

I had 2 choices, give up or don't see the love of my life grow up, every day I wake up to a loving kiss and cuddle from her... it keeps me going "

Growing up around smokers gave me asthma.
I used to do a lot of sports and found it hard to breathe. Whit a horrible wheeze. Luckily I out grew it.
Air quality at this time of year does not help Op.
