Depending on your income (outside of letting) I've found that a buy to let mortgage is hard to come by.
Too many people get a buy to let mortgage saying they'll be renting it out, but just want a better deal and live there.
If you have a good outside income and own another home, it's simple.
Talk to any good private broker and they'll find a good deal for you, if they can. |

I can’t afford it and I can’t sell it Due to Covid ( it’s the only plausible option)
