I’ve never liked it. One of my favourites is celery soup. I used to have it years ago. Homemade from a cafe. I can’t find it anywhere to buy.

Love a soup but French onion isn't one of them.

A work colleague brought in home made Romanian meatball soup for his lunch one day and it looked and smelled awesome so it's on my winter try list

Honestly never tried it.

Dunno why, I think it just sounds bland and like it's trying to be posh but it's an onion

I'm probably way off but that's what the name says to me.

I tried this one which I preferred to normal French onion soup but it takes a few ingredients so not quick and easy.

A lot of these online or book food recipes drive me crazy my asking for you to find and use 27 ingredients.

If you google 5 ingredient soups it will give you some ideas and they're just as tasty, the same with other meals.

Ohh I haven't had onion soup for ages.

I really fancy some now with a hunk of crusty bread.

Love onion soup!

Sainsburys do a gorgeous fresh one, in the chiller section.

Baxters are my store-cupboard fave.

Bit of toasted baguette with melted gruyere...

Morrisons and tescos do Campbell's cream of celery soup,

No idea what it's like though
