Maybe it's that it's the same subjects posted over and over?
We need to get our thinking caps on."
Because anything outside of hot or not, anything with a hint of originality or a topic that takes a tiny bit of thought people can’t be bothered with, those threads disappear off of page one in a heartbeat, I know I start plenty of them. |

Whilst I'd agree the forums appear to be on a bit of a hiatus currently and have been for a while, they've always been ebb and flow - and the reasons are multiple...
...ultimately though it is what you make it - if there's nothing that interests you, you have two options - either post something that does or skim them and log off.
I'm not much of a thread starter so tend to do the latter but either way there's no point bemoaning it |

It still is, if you look hard enough.
Some folk on here are doing their best to cheer folk up with their posts during shitty times. Alright their posts may not set the literary world alight, but at least they try.
If you love something (love may be a strong word but I’m on a roll so go with it), you don't threaten it. You don't punish it. You fight for it. You take care of it.
And that’s what some forum posters are doing. They are keeping the forums ticking over.
So a little less bitchin and more conversation, please. |
