I'd like Italy to win but that's mainly because my daughter is half Italian, buy I think history is in the making here and Spain will nab a third consecutive major trophy. Italy will score though. 1-1 at full time, 2-1 to Spain in extra time. |

I'll go for Italy to take an early lead and Spain spending the rest of the match passing the ball sideways in their own half frantically looking for the Plan B that they still don't possess and then incessantly moan because Italy didn't play the way that Spain wanted them to

Howard Webb will NOT be reffing the final. He's reported to have said, "Naturally I'm gutted, but now I can focus on getting fit during the MUFC pre-season tour."

I've had a feeling italy would win from the start,thats not changed,so it's italy for me.
Plus i love spanish football,but playing with no striker is taking possession football a step to far,i hope they get fucked. |

hmmmmmm so my italy hunch,was well wide of the mark.
spain kept their best for the final,they were fantastic,well done and thoroughly deserved spain.
although i still think it's a bit unfair,how they keep passing the ball to players in their own team.
thankfully i don't see this catching on in britain.
ps i'm still not liking the no striker thingy. |
