I am going to have something simple, just a plate of spaghetti with garlic, anchovies and sesame seeds, and dried parsley.

Can't face anything else after a very nice and rich 3-course meal last night, washed down with plenty of red, courtesy of my employer.

What's your dinner for tonight?

Lamb chops and minted new potatoes, veg and homemade yorkshires was bloody lovely. And have made my own Bday carrot cake with cream cheese frosting for tomz.
