Oooh may I have a coffee cake please!!! 
I know all about Diabetes after Legionella Barry! (Barry used to come to my works to check the water) came on my Birthday and I offered him cake, got a half hour lecture on the effect sugar has on the body  'NO! Barry stop' I had to say 'it's my Birthday, not talking all about it' he would of talked for longer if I hadn't of shhhd him
