Sure, some people use it to sound fancy, or because they consider themselves a cut above, but there are also many valid reasons for including it in your profile. I've never understood why some people get so riled up by it. If it offends you, then those people probably aren't right for you

Swinging as such isn't going to be grounds for dismissal but what surrounds it and people's reactions to it can make life difficult. | |||

"Yeah, they don’t state ‘you can’t be a swinger’ but there is lots of policy’s about the use of social media, upholding the image of the profession, codes of ‘professionalism’ etc. I know of a woman in a similar profession to mine who was sacked for promoting her only fans on twitter, it’s just the way it is | |||

I've seen nurses criticised for wearing their uniform to the supermarket, nevermind on here. Older nurses remember not even being allowed to wear their uniform to and from work. | |||

Yes, they do. Especially if they're real NHS uniforms. Police officers, members of the armed forces shouldn't show uniformed photos either particularly with identifying features, teachers etc should all be careful about mentioning their jobs too
As much as its up to each of us what we do on here, I was very surprised by all that. I've seen nurses criticised for wearing their uniform to the supermarket, nevermind on here. Older nurses remember not even being allowed to wear their uniform to and from work. "I should point out that is my perspective opinion. Some employers have morality clauses, so pictures of you being spit roasted on an altar when your employer is the church is grounds for dismissal. | |||
