Does any body know when I try to go on Choose File it will not let me when I pick Choose File let me do it

The Choose File is not gray out

Any help please

Could be the mobile site not agreeing with your phone. Sometimes zooming in a little helps, or just using the desktop site instead

I haven't had this issue on fab, but on other sites where I've had to upload things

I have tried on the computer still the same will not let me get file pictures when I click on Choose file still
