... when they are all dried and horrible because they have been sitting in an hot environment for too long, even the pets won't touch them!
I must remember to avoid buying them even at huge discount in future!

When I was young, I would only eat the breast meat.
Now I am older and my taste and preference has changed, and my favourite is now the wings, closely followed by thighs  |

If you want your breasts to stop shrivelling up you need to start at the other end. Just get someone to help hold the legs apart while you stuff in some nice oiled Pork fillet. (Although black sausage can make a nice change if it’s a special occasion) After you have worked it well into every corner flip the bird over and stick it in upside down for a good couple of hours occasionally Applying more oil, you will find that all the hot juices permeate though the whole body keeping the breasts from drying out.

I have injected marinade into the breasts, plus lots of butter on the skin, or rashes of bacon to cover up and prevent drying.
This way my breasts are always moist |

Piece of very nice cheese, wrapped in ham, slice open the chicken breast and place that inside, then wrap the whole thing in bacon, knob of butter on top salt and pepper, wrap in foil and bake - open the foil just before they are ready to crisp up the bacon - yum yum yum xx  xx |
