I just finished work and wonder if I should have a evening walk and pick up something from a takeaway or have some pasta and cheese and a salad. Probably the first one, it stopped raining and I need some fresh air |

I get like that but I do alot of splits 8 till 10 or 9 does how busy we are  |

Omelette with 3 eggs.
Fry off some mini tomatoes, spring onions, sliced peppers, beat 3 eggs with a dash of milk and a sprinkling of grated cheese, a liberal sprinkling of chilli flakes, add the mix to the fried veg, leave in the pan until the underside is cooked and the top of the omelette starts to rise, whack it under the grill to cook the top for 5mins and BOSH..!!!

Heaven knows what we will have on Saturday, but it will be suitable for a small child to have, so probably on the lower side of the spicy section |
