Last Saturday, having done a 5 day online challenge all last week, I eas inspired enough to go for what I laughingly refer to as a run.
In normal times I'm a Parkrun regular, despite appearances, and this was the first time I'd run since March 
I only managed half the normal distance, but I felt so bloody pleased with myself that I went back out late in the afternoon and did the other half  |

You cant have clean sheets if dirty ones dont exist. Otherwise they would just be sheets... however this argument is about as useful as a deposit of fresh cum on sheets |
