Badly in the recent weeks actually. Now trying to finish work more or less on time and to still go to wheelchair basketball, even though I can only watch.

Painting figures. Not very sexy or exciting, but it's something that requires a great deal of thought and allows you to focus your mind. Plus very rewarding when you've done.

That and learning Dutch!

Yeah, something that allows concentration but occupies your mind is very calming.

Well to put it bluntly, I havent.

I've been pushing myself too much and trying to please everyone, and I've had to make a few decisions this last week. Hopefully it will be best for the immediate future.

This virus really has took a sledgehammer to most things.

I just hope everyone is doing OK.

It’s a canvas with a picture printed on, but it’s broken up into small circles with numbers etc on per colour. You then place small gems on the corresponding number to make a picture. They are shaped to make them sparkle. Very addictive and thankfully can be inexpensive x

I'm making a huge crocheted blanket. It involves counting stitches which means your mind focuses on that alone. There's an added bonus that as it grows it keeps you warm as you're working on it.

Long walks on the moors, or coastal path.

Decorating my house, I get lost listening to music while I paint.

Lots of reading, listening to music, and set boxes.

Try and make an effort to speak to someone each day.

Spending less time in here.

Treating myself to some quality time with books. Just bought The boy, the mole, the fox and the Horse- I would recommend it! Getting off the media circus treadmill.

Eating better, drinking lots of water, exercising more.

Exercise and laughter.

Those are the most important factors in keeping myself in top form.

Also enjoying the simple things in life and aopreciatung what you have instead of thinking about what you don't have.

Each day is a new day. Don't worry about the future, just think about each day as it comes.

I'm really not at the moment. Full time work and also currently full time study is full on. Add in the usual stress of being a single mum and trying to hold your shit together. It is exhausting.

The one thing I was doing for me has now been stopped with the new restrictions announced yesterday.

I'm honestly feeling a bit rubbish. My weight is also creeping up which is really getting me down.

Great Question.....Exercise, a balanced diet and plenty of music and laughter....add to that the odd self-pleasuring session every now and then....Life is good just remember to live it one day at a time.....Oh, and wash your hands..

I walk every day for an hour with the dog. I’ve also been doing a short course in changing the way you think about things and accepting ‘what is’ and I’ve signed up to a six week meditation course that starts this Saturday
