My wife is telling me off for how frequently I have a load to give her. It's getting silly now.
I need some more boxer briefs.
I had a nice collection of Uniqlo Supima, but I bought more a few years ago and they were less elastic - and a bit itchy. Thinking about trying some more (they seem to have changed supplier again) but I would appreciate some wisdom.
Can't be paying silly money either folks - I'm probably a £10 underwear man, max.
So, where are you keeping your balls? |

Apart from a few pairs of 'date pants' I don't bother with expensive underwear either.
I just get trunks/hispsters in colours I like that seem decent quality off t'interweb. |

I've had enough of uncomfortable clothes though - and I know they can be better. Constant adjustments don't have to be a reality
I used to be like you, sliding on whatever was hanging around Tesco's.. |

I’ve had some decent ones from Tesco to be fair. But bought loads of 3 packs of Calvin kleins for £30 so they work out at £10 a pair. Very comfortable too. |

Sorry, that was slanderous. I'm just very.. particular about my underwear.
I'm the same with socks.."
It's cool, I was just saying there are loads of options - I usually go for ones I like the look of. If a product is bad it won't sell for long these days.
I do buy cheap black sports socks though. I honestly prefer them to more expensive formal style socks. |

"Florence & Fred and Tu for day to day wear work for me - also have a couple of Superdry pairs for posh "
"I wear Urban Spirit trunks. 3 for a tenner, from Peacocks. Silky smooth, fits well and looks great wash after wash. Just bought a second pack of three."
This is what I'm saying - there isn't as much difference in quality as you'd imagine. I dated a buyer for most of my 20s and it kind of opened my eyes quite a lot. Most shit comes from the same suppliers anyway. |

So, this is true - and why my Uniqlo boxers went from good to bad (change in supplier). But if they were all the same then I'd be as comfortable in all of them - and I'm not
It's not so much a difference in quality, as a difference in cut etc. |

Uniqlo went through a rough period several years (to a decade) ago so probably cut costs all round. I was a fan of them a while ago but yhe quality dropped massively. |

Exactly that - a lesson I learned years ago when I went home for Xmas and Mum showed me the bottle of Tesco White Rum she had bought and I moaned it wasn't Bacardi, till she pointed out where it said on the label "Bottled in the UK for Tesco by Bacardi Ltd" or something similar. |
