I always look after my feet now, i used to get lots of pain from a scar caused by treatment when i was 11 to 18. I'm now seeing a chiropodist who is treating that, it's making so much difference.

I also use a moisturising cream every day on my feet, i have very dry skin due to Sjogrens Syndrome so i need to take care of that
