Yeah, I’m with you.

It might be time to put the work shorts away until next year me thinks.

I like to be cosy and comfy 13.5 tog still on the bed winter or summer.

However does get much colder I will pull out the 15 tog duvet instead.

I’m afraid I’m doing the menopause hokey kokey at night; left leg in left leg out! All night long. But when I’m not on fire I’ve been freezing

In a town full of colours

I'm still resisting, Id rather keep my warm pjs on, when the work T shirt and shorts come off then I know its winter

Lol, snap. Though with HRT I’m at least not suffering too much with the night sweats x

I’ve been in pjs for the first time since I was a child.

I’ll be back in my satin chemise tonight.

Fresh bedding. Showered. New duvet.

I have the best of both worlds. Low tog count duvet, massive fluffy throw on top.

Did it a couple of weeks back. But mainly because I'm trying to avoid paying for heating.

Really! I am still with a 1 tog!

Yup. You heard it correctly. There is such a thing! The lightest weight duvet available.

The curse of dead ovaries means I spend my nights alternating between shivering under the 4.5 duvet and frantically turning on the fan right next to my head...naked with tog rated socks on my feet.

I tried sleeping with nightclothes on but actually ripped them to shreds like a sweaty, manic LadyHulk when I couldn't get them off fast enough.

A town near you perhaps

We slept with 2 duvets on the other night. It's cold up North!

Aye, we cracked the jumpers out at lunchtime. Like hell are we putting the heating on while working from home, so it was tights and hoodie time today

A well known retailer who believes little things help has some teddy fleece duvet covers in offer at the moment.

I would cook in one but may be of some benefit to you
