Well it's that time of the year. The Autumn fete is upon us. We have bobbing for apples, the lingarie nearly new stall and of course the cake stall. Duteous is baking a banana loaf and lemon drizzle cake and it smells wonderful. Do any of you fabbers bake and if so what will you bake for the stall? |

The smell isn't always wonderful. It depends on who has donated stock. To be honest I would advise you avoid anything Ms Jones donated. I'm not sure all the stains are hers.  |

Ahh Sally I knew there was something to mention. The carrots and parsnips were well received but the cucumbers had a bit of a sticky feel to them but no matter we put them to good use. Mr Punch is using them for truncheons in the puppet show.  |
