I am on Testosterone Replacement Therapy purely because it naturally dips with age. It’s all the rage in the US.

It is very easy to order testosterone testing online and not expensive.
Low testosterone will definitely affect sexual desire and function and could make you dick seem smaller if you were unable to obtain a full erection.
If your concerned speak to a doctor but you will get quicker results with a private paid test.
If you do have low test you need to look at what is causing it. Many times its mostly lifestyle, poor diet and lack of exercise.
Eat good and lift weights, lose weight and stop smoking/drinking.
It can be caused by medication and mens test levels do get lower with age.
