That’s a shame, I’ll miss Ian Hislop, always thought he was quick witted and liberal minded. He was a good presenter on documentaries too.
Never warmed to Paul Merton so much, bit of a one trick dead-pan pony, but others love him so I’m sure he’ll be missed.
Can’t imagine HIGNFY without either. |

Never bought a TV licence and never will.
They need to start putting adverts on and stop relying on every household to prop up their poor decisions.
They only thing they really do well are their documentaries (nature/space/etc.). |

It appears to come from a tweet by former Sun editor Kelvin McKenzie, who says that the BBC are planning to do it. There's no sign of anything from the BBC themselves on it though. |
