Do they do you any favours?

Most of the time you wake up feeling worse for having them.

Why is this?

Answers on a postcard.

A box at end of your bed

I tend to find if I go to bed early I just wake up earlier so it make no difference at all.

Manchester (she/her)

I find I feel worse catching up on sleep debt, initially, but much better once I've caught up.

I wish I could get an early night and make the most of it but I find I toss and turn all night long and end up feeling worse the weather for it.

Guess I’m destined to spend my life in a drowsy haze lol

I usually sleep 1 til 5am and wake up naturally. When I crash, I'm gone!

Early, late blah blah blah, makes no difference. I still don't sleep and still feel like crap the next day. Thank god for coffee

I am always exhausted! I love an every night but rarely go to bed earlier than 11pm as I feel like I've wasted time spent with my partner.

If I didn't have a partner I would definitely be going to bed as soon as I put my little one down for the night!!

I always feel so much better after an early night!

I find if I goto bed early I end up wide awake and can’t sleep. Then coffee is the only thing that helps the next day
